We've been swimming with turtles. We've done surfing. We've hiked mountains, flown over the Great Barrier Reef. Hi, my name is Rosie Charles and this is my daughter Ellie. We're travelling the world together. I became a teenage mum at the age of 16. And it was a complete shock. Doubting myself...but, you know, what new mother doesn't doubt themselves? In England, she was like my mum and my best friend. But over here, she is more like my mum, my sister, my best friend, and my teacher. Being a single mum, travelling around on your own, with your daughter, once a teenage mum, it's not the most traditional method of parenting.

Not everybody approved with, my family didn't approve. They wanted me to stay close at home. They wanted her to go to school. But I decided to go for it. I'm not going to lie, it was absolutely tough. I didn't feel ready for it. To be honest, I didn't even know how I did it. You know, those four years at university is a complete blur. But I managed to do it and I did it. I landed myself a really good job. I knew I needed to have a job where I could work from home or work online. So, I spent two years building up a business that I could work online in any location I wanted. I don't really want a family until when I am older. Because I want to travel the world and go to university and see other cultures beforehand. And although, you know, we've had the best life together and it was the best thing I've ever done, and it was really the making of me, I wouldn't want her to be a teenage mummy. It was still really, really tough.
